We service a wide variety of car and light truck makes and models. For our Technicians and Service Advisors, this means variety in the work you do, from easy basic maintenance to complex diagnostics and challenging engine replacements. And if you’re talented and have a specialty or interest in a particular area, we will make sure you get additional training and the opportunity to practice your craft.

Our shop is bright and very well equipped with modern tools and equipment, so doing your job is a lot easier. We always strive to make things better with efficient systems and procedures to ensure that all jobs are done easily and consistently.  For our employees this means the work environment is more fun with happier people because we’ve reduced the frustration and stress often found in the automotive repair industry.

APPrentice or experienced service technicians

If you have:

1.  Demonstrated Mechanical Aptitude 

2.  Strong Diagnostic Skills 

3.  Analytical Problem-Solving Skills 

4.  Demonstrated Detail Orientation 

5.  Strong Organization Skills 

Along with the following experience:

• Working knowledge of automobiles and light trucks, typical breakdowns and how to maintain them as technology changes.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive parts for different makes of cars and light trucks
• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing a wide variety of makes and models.
• Trouble Shooting difficult mechanical, electrical or other auto system issues
• Ability to take a vehicle apart and put it back together again.
• A valid drivers’ license.
• Red Seal or Automotive Technician license from another country (we would be open to a highly motivated 3^rd or 4^th year apprentices)
• Interest in and talent in servicing diesel engines or electric vehicles would be an asset.

• Extensive knowledge of automotive parts for different makes of cars.
• Workflow management of a similar sized repair shop.
• People management. 
• Operational problem solving.
• Strong client service skills with the ability to balance client satisfaction with profitability.
• Excellent financial skills with the ability to assess profitability through key performance indicators.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and conflict management skills.
• Sales skills with the ability to describe the benefits of our products and services so clients want it without ever feeling sold to.
• Strong computer and software skills. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to laypeople and to translate symptoms to repair terminology.
• Detail oriented with the ability to follow up on multiple concurrent questions and tasks without letting anything fall through the cracks. 
• A valid drivers’ license.
